New Exchange security vulnerabilities discovered

This week, Microsoft again discovered four vulnerabilities in Exchange servers and released the corresponding patches. The BSI (German Federal Office for Information Security) reports that Exchange servers are currently a particular focus of attention and recommends taking action now.

What to do now?

First priority: Apply all available patches.

If this is not possible: Take all vulnerable Exchange servers off the network.

If you operate an Exchange server, look for signs of compromise.

The security updates are listed in a document released by the BSI.
