BSI warns against Kaspersky
The German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) warns against the use of anti-virus software from the Russian manufacturer Kaspersky in accordance with §7 of the BSI Act. The BSI recommends replacing applications from the Kaspersky antivirus software portfolio with alternative products, as Russian manufacturers could be forced to attack Western targets against their will.
